LIKELY CAUSE
A drained or faulty battery, the charging circuit, or a fault on the motherboard. Motherboard damage is common after drops and liquid contact.
WHAT WE DO
We first measure the battery and charging circuit; if the fault is on the motherboard, we repair it at board level. After diagnosis we tell you the options and the time clearly.
WHAT TO DO NOW
Leave it on an original charger for at least 30 minutes. If it still won’t start, don’t force it; bring it as it is and we’ll try to protect your data.
